Howard Wheeler's Biography
Howard retired from a
career with the Federal Government in 2003 and has been the Music
Director here at FBC St. Charles since 2002. He is married to Faye
who is the Children’s Choir Director and they have two daughters and
four grandchildren. They have been members at FBCSC since 1971.
Howard loves the church family here and enjoys leading all types of
Christian music. He says, “We are so blessed to have many talented
individuals who make up our congregation. They make my job much
easier. I am also thankful for a church family that embraces the
various styles of music; I love the traditional hymns but also enjoy
singing and listening to the contemporary songs. Psalm 66:2 says
‘Sing the glory of his name; give to him glorious praise.’ It is my
desire to please and honor my Lord and give Him glorious praise here
at FBCSC.”
