Events / Room / Announcement Request Form at First Baptist Church of St. Charles

A form must be filled out and submitted for every event or activity sponsored by the Church, held on Church property, or promoted by the Church.

 

  • These are requests only. Final details will be subject to available time, space and approval by Church ministry staff and programming.

  • Use this electronic form for all First Baptist Church of St. Charles events and/or activities.

  • Each request will be considered based on available space.

  • All bulletin announcement requests must be submitted by 9:00 am Wednesday prior to Sunday request.
